It’s my birthday!!!!!!!!!

Thank God for another one to celebrate! 

I must admit…40 is closing in with every passing day.  I turned 37 today! 

I don't know if everyone has as wonderful kids as I do, but I woke up to the smell of bacon this morning.  McKenna and Zane had cooked me a birthday breakfast…(school was cancelled) 

Picture this…(they are 9 and 6 remember)…the menu:

waffles and syrup

butter with toast (yes, in that order) and jelly

sliced oranges AND strawberries

8 poptarts of various flavors

bacon

chocolate chip cookies with hot chocolate sauce poured over with sprinkles…and…

milk (the entire gallon)!

I was so overwhelmed I cried (from emotion and at the thoughts of cleaning up the mess).
