What a precious little baby boy! He was an angel and I hear already sleeps through the night (he's definitely not a "Deaton")!
It is true that my studio is located in one of the OLDEST buildings downtown (try getting fire insurance!). Let's take a trip back in time!
This is the oldest photograph I've seen, circa 1925!
At the time it was the "Combs Hotel", no wonder we hear mysterious things in the walls. I'm pretty sure there is a mouse family that's been there ever since!
Below is the same image with some description of my studio (green ***) and the alley where I used to shoot before the building to the left burnt down…(did I mention it was difficult to get fire insurance? thanks Pruitt)…
I'm pretty sure that's Juanita Sheegog in front of "Don's" and look back toward "T, G & Y" to see where my studio is now located.

Sometimes, the best light is in the bathroom! Especially when trying to contain 3 little wild boys! Here's a handfull of shots from our vacation . . . (beach shots are overrated, right?)
As I remember it, they all 3 got straight back in the ocean after they got out of the tub…ahhh, good times!
